Terms of Service & Delivery Information

By ordering from B.B’s Bakery you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

B.B’s Bakery cannot except any liability or mishandling of your order once it has left our bakery. We will provide instructions to the customer on how to treat the products but cannot accept responsibility for damages.

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible.

In the event where you need to amend the date or details of your order or cancel it completely please contact us at least 2 weeks before the collection date. Deposits are non refundable except in extreme circumstances and at our discretion. Please give the date you will want to collect the cake on and the date you will want to eat the cake, this is so we can make sure it is as fresh as possible.

Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail to deliver our postal boxes.

**We are a UK based company and only deliver to the UK due to shipping costs and the nature of our products being freshly baked, so therefore would not survive the journey. Any orders put through for non-UK delivery will be refunded.**

We ask that you provide us with the correct postal address and email address! We can only post to the details provided at the time of ordering. So we ask that you double check all details!

We ship items via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service states 1-3 working days for delivery from dispatch. This time frame is an estimate from Royal Mail and your parcel is not guaranteed to arrive within the mentioned timeframe. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Please note - We can only make claims for lost/delayed/missing parcels 7 workings days after the parcel has been dispatched, these are Royal Mails claim terms.

Once the Products have left the bakery we cannot take responsibility for what happens to them as deliveries are subject to a third party delivery service so therefore we cannot offer refunds for failed delivery of goods. In some cases we will offer a replacement but only at our discretion.

Our products are shipped using the Tracked 24 delivery service, in 95% of cases, your parcel will arrive the day after dispatch. We are unable to accept responsibility for any unforeseen delays within the delivery company's network which could alter your delivery date as this is totally out of our hands.

Disclaimer- B.B’s Bakery accepts no liability for damage to goods in transit for example damages due to the weather as this is completely out of our hands.

If an delivery address is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible once the parcel leaves us.

We cannot make a claim with Royal mail until 7 WORKING DAYS has passed since the day your parcel was dispatched from us. We cannot physically do anything until after this time.
